Augrabies Valle B&B is the nearest B&B to the Augrabies Falls and the 18 km gorge
with its dramatic, yet breathtaking viewpoints. Our B&B’s location is also ideal to visit
the beautiful Blouputs Valley, with its green grapes contrasted to the Desert Mountains.
The Riemvasmaak mountain and desert area with its small hot spring is next to the northern part of the Blouputs Valley and Augrabies Falls National Park. This area is
easy accessible with a bridge over the Orange River in the Blouputs Valley.
The Augrabies Falls and farm originally belonged to my great grandfather. He bought
it from the Queen in 1893 and sold it to the state in 1907. Today my children are the 5th generation on the farm.
Augrabies Falls and the surrounding environment is not just a one night stop over for tourists who are on their way to another destination, but a complete destination in its
own right.
The B&B consists of 3 self catering units, modern yet tastefully decorated with television and air conditioning.
